  1. Thanks for stopping by Exploding Potatoes; you may actually more enjoy my newest blog Vegancookingforyou.wordpress.com. As the name implies, I am a recent convert to veganism, although admittedly it is a tough go. I am liking your Chilli sin Carne recipe! The local farmers where I live are still growing aubergine and courgette, though they would call them eggplant and zucchini. It all tastes good no matter the name. Keep up the tasty work!

  2. Hi Tasha, thanks for stopping by my site and introducing you to yours. It’s always nice to come across others who love working with seasonal, local produce – even if you are on the other side of the globe! πŸ™‚

  3. Hi, my name is Clara, and I am 11 and I am from New Zealand, and I have just written a vegetarian cook book for kids like me who love animals and don’t think we have the right to use them for food, especially since we don’t need to. I love the ideas you write about on your blog. I wondered if you would you like to have a look at my book? It is going to be launched finally on 17 October 2015 at a local orchard food market. I am very excited about that because it has taken me more than 4 years to finish because I did all the artwork, and my mum had to save up to publish it!! My mum has made a Facebook page and a website http://www.clarascookbook.co.nz. I’d love to send you a copy to see what you think. Thank you very much, Clara Donne
